How to get “addicted” to working out…
You ever wonder how some people refuse to miss a workout? How do they have the discipline to go day in and day out despite how they feel?
You may say they’re just crazy.. But here’s the truth.
When you’re consistent, working out becomes a lifestyle. And when it becomes a part of your daily routine, you’ll begin to feel guilty just skipping.
Before you’re consistent and you just begin your workout journey, working out is tough. Your body isn’t used to it and you don’t feel great after your workouts. You get super sore and quite frankly, it kind of sucks.
HOWEVER, once you are consistent, it becomes the complete opposite. Your body feels bad when you DON’T workout. You feel lethargic and out of it because you didn’t get that workout in. It actually becomes difficult to stop!
So yes, starting isn’t easy. BUT, once you’re in the groove, staying consistent is easy.
Your body feels crappy when you first start, BUT it’ll change to your body feeling crappy if you start missing workouts.
So just START!
It’ll take time, but you will get there and become one of those “crazy” disciplined people too. You may say, “that’ll never be me” but you just might be surprised who you become once you start seeing results.
It’s ADDICTING and I promise you won’t want to stop.
