How to Look Bigger… QUICKLY

Have you ever wondered how movie stars suddenly go from skinny to jacked seamlessly over night?

I hear a lot of people say “it’s because they have the best trainers in the world” or “they have a nutritionist and cook 24/7. It’s all in the eating. Steroids?”

Although some of this is true and those things make it a lot easier, there’s still one thing they AREN’T telling you…

So what IS the secret?!

Shoulders and Back..

Yup, it’s that simple. Along with lots of editing and body doubles LOL.

Seriously though, strengthening your back and your shoulders will give you that broader look. This will inevitably make your waist look smaller giving you that “V” body shape. Makes sense right?

If your shoulders are the same width as your hips, you naturally won’t look “jacked”. However, if there is a big difference in width, you’ll naturally look HUGE.

So if you want to look bigger, really focus on your shoulders and back! This doesn’t mean only train shoulders and back, but make sure to hit these two muscle groups slightly more from every angle possible to give yourself that 3D movie star look!
