How to make consistently working out EASY!
If you’re having trouble keeping your workouts interesting and enjoyable, I have a suggestion for you..
Here’s something I do EVERY WEEK to keep me motivated and excited for my workouts.
Try incorporating one “random/fun” day into your routine. So instead of having a set plan for 5 days a week, leave the last day open. Then on that day, do whatever you feel like doing.
Maybe you feel like you didn’t get a great chest workout in that week so you can decide to work on that muscle more.
Or maybe you wanna have some fun and just try a bunch of stuff you never tried before.
It’s okay to explore a bit and go in with little to no plan ONCE IN A WHILE!
Obviously you can’t do this every day as it would be impossible to track your progress and stay consistent. However once you’re someone who’s on a routine and works out consistently, this is a great method to keep things interesting.
I find myself looking forward to these days the most and just trying to have fun with my workout opposed to “just trying to get through it”.
