Site Launch

Hello everyone! I’m so excited to have launched this website to all of you! My hopes for this site is to not only help you keep better track of your workouts, but to help you learn. After all, knowledge is power! Whether you are more advanced and make your own workouts, or a beginner first trying out the Pre-made workouts, there’s plenty for you to take away and use in your training. Here’s a list of things you could learn upon using my website.

  1. What workouts target what muscle group
  2. How to structure your workouts/What workouts to put together
  3. The correct form to use for each workout
  4. How often you should be training based on your goals
  5. Dieting based on your goals
  6. How to perform calisthenics skills like Handstand and Planche

The best part about all of this is all the information is on 1 website. No more searching around for the answers. If you ever have any questions that you feel aren’t answered on the site, feel free to contact me! Hell if you’re thinking it, imagine how many people are thinking the same thing. I’ll be covering 100’s of topics in these weekly blog posts so the information is endless. Maybe I’ll even use your question as a topic!!
